From private board meetings of eight to twelve, up to full property buy outs and larger conferences at partner venues. Share your expected head count and we will shortlist spaces that fit.

Can Avida coordinate the full production?

Yes. Beyond the venue itself we can coordinate catering, transport, security, audio visual, entertainment, floristry and on site hosting through our trusted local partners.

How far in advance should we enquire?

For high season dates between May and October we recommend enquiring several months ahead. Off season and short lead requests are always welcome and often possible.
